UE Manufacturing has years of experience in building custom acid pumps specifically for pumping inhibited acids. Produced in the same format as a single frac pump, our acid pumps have a two-barrel capacity Acid Mix Tub on the side and an Acrison (or equivalent) horizontal dry additive feeder with removable inlet hopper installed above.
Our acid pumps are equipped with an air-controlled operator cabin installed in front of the displacements tanks, giving operators an elevated view of the unit and well location. Optional features include Data Acquisitions Systems and/or Cold Weather Packages.
