At UE Manufacturing, we understand that the products we build must perform at the highest levels in the field, and often in the harshest of conditions. Our rigorous final CAT (Customer Acceptance Test) testing, conducted at one of our three test facilities, puts each of our completed units through multiple simulated field endurance tests. Customers are always welcome to attend the testing so that they can see first-hand the performance of the equipment and rest assured it will meet their needs.
Between our three testing facilities we are capable of testing anything from a blender to a nitrogen pump. Our test stands are equipped with Endress Hauser and cRIO recording software and dozens of channels, which allow us to record pertinent pressures and temperatures of any given unit in real time. A final package of all the data is collected and delivered with the unit upon completion.
